All packages require a signature confirmation and insurance unless declined in writing. If you prefer to use your shipping account with FedEx, UPS, or DHL, we can also accommodate that. We always offer in-person pickups at our Elkton, Maryland location.
Tracking information is provided by email automatically once we ship your package.
Oversized items may require freight shipping, and in such cases, we will coordinate directly with you to arrange the necessary logistics. For our international customers, it’s important to understand that we will declare the full hammer price of your item on customs declaration forms.
